We carefully follow all guidelines of government departments regarding Passport/Visa/ID photo, and we use most advanced photo system to ensure the quality and accuracy of your photos.

IMPORTANT
We will make every effort to ensure your passport photo meets government standards. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance of passport photos by the Passport Office and expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damages, inconvenience, or disrupted travel plans if not accepted for any reason. We recommend you submit your passport application well in advance of any proposed travel plans.

PHOTO TIPS
Follow these tips and help us make your photo the best.
Expression
Have a neutral expression on your face, it means; eyes open, mouth closed and not smiling.
Lenses
Photographs in which the individual has reflective or tinted lenses are not allowed.
Glasses
If you normally wear glasses, you can have them on in your passport photo as long as your eyes are clearly visible and there is no glare on the lenses.
Your clothes
Wear clothing that will contrast clearly with white or the light-coloured background required. We recommend no to wear white or beige clothing.
Hats
Hats and head coverings worn for medical or religious reasons are permitted, as long as your entire face can be seen and the item doesn’t cast shadows on your face.
Children's photos
Children’s photos follow the same rules as adults, including showing only the face and shoulders, with an allowance for photos taken of newborn babies while in car seats, provided you place a white blanket behind the head, with no shadows.
